Prof. Sunil Jadhav
M.Sc. Mathematics
18 Years Teaching
Prof. Jadhav has spent 18 years teaching Mathematics to students from Std 8 to Std 12 - first at reputed coaching institutes in Thane and Kalyan, and since then at his own academy in Bhiwandi. He has guided thousands of SSC, CBSE and HSC students through their board years, and he still checks test papers of Std 10 and Std 12 batches personally.
He started Disha Academy with one conviction: a class where the founder teaches daily will always care more than a class where the founder only manages. That is why our batches are capped at 25 - a number at which one teacher can genuinely know every student's strengths and gaps.

How We Teach
Our teaching philosophy
Four simple rules that every Disha faculty member follows, in every lecture, for every batch.
Practice in class, not just at home
Students solve problems on the board and in notebooks during the lecture itself - so weak spots surface immediately.
Test every week, report every week
Weekly tests are non-negotiable. Parents get marks and teacher remarks - improvement is measured, not assumed.
Respect every pace
Toppers get advanced problems; strugglers get extra doubt sessions. Nobody is labelled, nobody is left behind.
Faculty
A small team of subject specialists
Mathematics
Led by Prof. Jadhav himself for Std 8–12 - SSC, CBSE and HSC patterns, plus JEE-level problem solving for the foundation batch.
Science (PCB)
Experienced postgraduate faculty for Physics, Chemistry and Biology - each teaching only their own subject, never “all-in-one”.
Commerce
Accounts and Economics taught by commerce postgraduates with board-paper correction experience - answer-writing is drilled from day one.
A note for parents: we deliberately keep our faculty team small and stable. Your child will not see a new face every month - the teacher who starts the syllabus finishes it.
