Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions patients ask us most - from timings and booking to pain, costs and kids' visits. Can't find yours? WhatsApp us and a doctor will reply.

What are your clinic timings?

We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We're closed on Sundays. Evening and Saturday slots are popular, so book a day or two ahead.

How do I book an appointment on WhatsApp?

Just message +91 95555 55555 on WhatsApp with your name, the problem or treatment you want, and your preferred day and time. We'll confirm your slot during clinic hours - usually within the hour.

Is dental treatment at SmileCraft really painless?

We use a painless-first approach: numbing gel before injections, gentle local anaesthesia, and modern rotary equipment that is faster and smoother than older tools. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable procedures like RCT feel.

How much will my treatment cost? Do you offer EMI?

Costs depend on your specific case, so we give a written estimate after examining you - before any treatment begins, with no hidden charges. EMI options are available on major treatments like implants, braces and aligners.

From what age should children visit the dentist?

We recommend a first friendly visit by age 3 (or within six months of the first tooth appearing). Early visits are short and fun, and they help catch cavities in milk teeth before they hurt.

How do you sterilise your instruments?

All instruments are cleaned, sealed in pouches and autoclaved between patients. We use disposable gloves, masks, suction tips and barriers for every appointment. You're welcome to see our sterilisation area - just ask.

Where exactly is the clinic and is parking available?

We're on the 2nd Floor of Crystal Point, S.V. Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058 - a short ride from Andheri station and the D.N. Nagar Metro. Street and paid parking options are available nearby; see directions or message us on WhatsApp.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call or WhatsApp us at +91 95555 55555 right away and describe the problem. During clinic hours we keep buffer slots for emergencies like severe pain, swelling or a knocked-out tooth, and we'll guide you on immediate first-aid steps.

Still have a question?

Message us on WhatsApp - a doctor replies during clinic hours, Mon–Sat 10 am–2 pm and 5 pm–9 pm.
