How long will my project take?

What warranty do you offer?
Sample warranty terms: 5 years on modular woodwork, 1 year of free on-site service, plus manufacturer warranties on branded hardware and appliances passed through to you. Exact terms are printed in your contract and on the warranty card you receive at handover.
How are payments staged?
Sample schedule, each stage tied to visible progress:
- 10% - booking & detailed design start
- 40% - design freeze & material order
- 40% - mid-execution milestone
- 10% - at handover, after the snag-list walkthrough
Do you charge design fees? Is the first consultation free?
The first consultation is completely free - studio, call or WhatsApp. Detailed drawings and 3D views before execution carry a design fee (sample policy: fully adjusted against your project value if you build with us).
Who executes the work - your team or subcontractors?
Our own in-house team: carpenters, painters, installers and a dedicated site supervisor on the Nest payroll. Licensed specialist trades (electrical, plumbing, waterproofing) work under our supervision, on our schedule, to our checklist.
