Yes. A trial is included in our signature bridal package and available as an add-on for other packages. We recommend scheduling your trial 3–6 weeks before the wedding so there's time to refine the look.

We use reputed professional salon ranges for hair, skin and makeup, chosen for safety and results. If you have allergies or a brand preference, tell us while booking - patch tests are available for colour and sensitive-skin facials.

Tools are sterilised between clients, towels are fresh for every appointment, and we use single-use disposables such as razors, spatulas and files wherever applicable. Stations are sanitised after each service.

Absolutely - Aura is a fully unisex salon. Men can book haircuts, beard shaping, classic shaves, hair colour, hair spa, facials and manicures. The haircut-and-beard combo is our most popular men's service.

We're on the 1st Floor, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru 560034 - easy to reach from anywhere in Koramangala, HSR Layout and Ejipura. Street parking is usually available nearby, and autos and cabs drop right at the entrance.

Yes - just message us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your slot and we'll move it free of charge. For bridal bookings, rescheduling terms are shared in writing at the time of booking.
