Dedicated inspection tables with backlit checking, 4-point grading, metreage verification and roll/bale packing before dispatch.

Every roll passes four gates

Yarn check

Count verification and lot matching before warping - faults are cheapest to catch here.

On-loom watch

Loom-wise defect logging per shift; weavers accountable for their beam. (Sample process.)

4-point inspection

Full-width backlit checking with 4-point grading; rolls outside tolerance are pulled, not shipped.

Pre-dispatch audit

Metreage, packing and marking verified against the PO and export document set.

Our unit sits inside Saravali MIDC with industrial power supply and truck-friendly access. For export programs, JNPT (Nhava Sheva) port and Mumbai's freight forwarders are a short haul away - containers are stuffed and sealed under supervision at the unit (sample process).
