Kunal founded the practice in 2012 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and has since been admitted as a Fellow of the ICAI. He also holds the Institute's post-qualification Diploma in Information Systems Audit, which informs the firm's work where accounting systems and controls are part of the engagement.

CA Ruchi Shah
ACA
Ruchi is an Associate member of the ICAI and leads the firm's indirect tax and accounting advisory work. She looks after the month-to-month engagements - GST filings, books, payroll - where consistency matters more than anything else, and is the partner most clients speak with through the year.

- Payroll and TDS compliance
- Compliance support for new companies and LLPs
