About IronCore
Built By A Coach,
Not A Franchise
IronCore Fitness is Bhiwandi’s no-nonsense training floor - opened and run by a trainer who still coaches on it every single day.
Head Trainer & Owner
Vikram Singh
Certified trainer · 10 years of coaching experience
Vikram started coaching in 2016 and has spent a decade on gym floors - first as a trainer in Thane and Mumbai facilities, now running his own floor in Bhiwandi. He has coached first-timers, working professionals, seasoned lifters and college athletes, and he still believes the same thing he did on day one: most people don’t need a complicated program - they need correct form, a plan they can repeat, and someone who notices when they skip.
At IronCore, Vikram personally runs floor inductions for every new member, so nobody trains alone on their first week.

How We Coach
The IronCore Way
Form Before Load
Nobody adds plates until the movement is right. Ego lifting gets corrected - politely the first time.
Consistency Beats Intensity
Three honest sessions a week for a year will beat any 30-day crash plan. We program for the long game.
Everyone Starts Somewhere
First-timers are not judged here. Ask anything, twice if needed. The only bad rep is the one you never attempt.
The Floor Plan
Equipment Zones
Six zones, laid out so you never queue for a rack during peak hours.
- Free-Weight Zone - dumbbells 2.5–45 kg, barbells, EZ bars, adjustable benches
- Rack & Platform Zone - squat racks, deadlift platform, bumper plates
- Machine Line - plate-loaded and cable machines for every major muscle group
- Cardio Deck - treadmills, cross-trainers, spin bikes, rowing machine
- Functional Corner - kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, sled track
- Group Studio - mirrored studio for Zumba, functional circuits and yoga mornings
Respect The Floor
House Rules
Simple rules that keep IronCore a place people actually enjoy training in.
- Re-rack your weights. The next lifter is not your servant.
- Wipe equipment after use. Towels are mandatory on benches.
- Proper gym shoes only. No sandals, no bare feet on the training floor.
- Share equipment between sets. Phones rest on benches, people don’t wait on them.
- No unsolicited coaching. Only IronCore trainers correct form on the floor.
- Respect everyone. Any harassment means membership ends the same day.
